Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.

  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and maintaining office records.

  • Assist with other office-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
