We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Banking Sales Team Member to promote and sell our comprehensive banking solutions. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and drive the sales of our financial products, including corporate banking services, personal accounts, and other specialized offerings. You will work closely with other departments to provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and business development for banking products, including corporate and personal banking solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to promote banking services and increase brand visibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including corporate banking and personal banking solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
